We will ship a package to you by a reputable courier company, so you will receive it within 3-8 working days (counting from the time of posting the funds to our account).
We ship from the European Union territory to almost every country in the world. Some products we also ship the United States to the European Union countries.
Shipments within the EU are not subject to customs clearance.
hipments to Norway are subject to customs clearance. The cost of customs clearance is included in the cost of shipping. Its duration is an average of 2-3 working days, which can increase delivery time.
You should also bear in mind that when importing goods to Norway you should show the local customs officers the confirmation of payment for them (eg. a bank or credit card statement). Otherwise, the goods will not be subject to customs clearance and returned to us.
Each package we ship to Norway, the United States or elsewhere outside the European Union includes necessary customs clearance documents. Its duration is different for each country (depending on the specific circumstances and the current functioning of the customs office) and can be extended.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROBLEMS WITH CUSTOMS CLEARANCE, EXTENDING DELIVERY TIME.
When ordering goods to the country, for which customs clearance is required, we do not pay the cost of any customs duties. THIS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
If for some reason the goods will not be released by customs and sent back to us, then you should be aware that YOUR REFUND WILL HAS TO BE REDUCED BY THE COST OF STORAGE OF GOODS AT THE BORDER AND THE RETURN SHIPPING COST WE ARE FORCED TO PAY.
These costs range from 6 to 10 times the cost of postage.
Once the day of shipping the customer you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number from us. It allows you to monitor the current status of delivery on the website of the carrier – with the exception of some national post offices, including the UK (Royal Mail), Canada (Canada Post) and the USA (USPS), that do not provide such a possibility, or tend to be unreliable.
You should bear in mind that in the case of too long waiting period for delivery by the above mentioned national post offices, or the loss of a consignment, the consideration of the complaint application can take up to 60 days.
We ship by the following courier companies: DHL*, GLS** (in cooperation with Parcelforce in the UK), UPS***, and FedEx****.
We also realize international shipments by the Polish Post, cooperating in this respect with the post offices of various countries.

In the case of a failed delivery of paid "in advance" package (eg. as a result of the absence of the recipient), UPS courier issues avizo informing about the possibilities and principles of personal collection of the consignment at the nearest UPS Access Point – the UPS point of self-collection.

The international shipping are carried out by our warehouses located in the European Union, including this located in Rotherham in England, and in Goerlitz in Germany, and so:

In addition, we offer the possibility of postage to the points of self-collectios offered by the aforementioned courier companies.
