Creatine Micronized 200 mesh with Taurine (Micronized Creatine sieve with a mesh of 200 mesh with the addition of taurine). Creatine is composed of amino acids (methionine, arginine and glycine), its small quantities are stored in cells, but the majority of its role is limited to the production and transmission of energy ATP, causing, short after application, saturation of muscles, increased water absorption, which the body treats as anabolic signal, which in turn leads to improved efficiency of the organism, increased volume of muscles and fat reduction. Taurine (protein amino acid containing sulphur), which is synthesized in the body from methionine and cysteine, is in sufficient quantity in human or animal body (in the brain, heart and skeletal), although in some cases must be supported with diet supplements. Significantly affect the calcium content in the cells and stabilizes the water and electrolyte balance and maintains acid-base balance. Takes part in the synthesis of bile acids. In the the body it acts as a neurotransmitter and neuromodulator. It is an insulin-mimetic improving insulin metabolism, responsible for transport of nutrients (such as amino acids, glucose, creatine) to the cells and muscle tissue.
Dosage:
a) saturation phase (lasts approx. 5 days) at a dose of 5 g; the first two days 30 - 25 g of 5 (if necessary. 6) doses; day 3 - 25-20 g 5 (if necessary. 4) doses; day 4 - 20 - 15 g in 4 (or 3) doses; day 5 - 15 -m 10 g 3 (if necessary. 2) doses, taken on an empty stomach (before eating), in conjunction with fluids and dextrose (increases insulin sensitivity);
b) maintaining phase (5 to 7 weeks) - 2 doses of 5 g for 30 minutes prior to training, immediately after the next workout
c) the resting phase (4 to 6 weeks) - the period of no dosing.
