It is said that hormones rule our lives and this is especially true for women. The level of female hormones varies depending on the day of the ovulatory-menstrual cycle. Significant fluctuations in hormone levels can also be observed over the years. Such swings have a huge impact on health and well-being, and sometimes they may also significantly reduce the quality of life.

It is estimated that approximately 30% of women at childbearing age regularly experience symptoms of PMS (premenstrual syndrome). They appear a few or a dozen days before menstruation and may hit both the physical, as well as the mental or emotional sphere. Women most often complain about mood swings, irritability, and a greater tendency to cry. In addition, there is the problem of excessive water retention in the body and the related weight gain, breast tenderness, skin deterioration.

It would seem that the physiological cessation of the menstrual cycle, which occurs with entering the period of menopause, marks the end of women’s problems. Unfortunately, menopause and the associated drastic reduction in hormonal levels brings new, unwanted, annoying symptoms. Sudden hot flashes, irritability, impaired concentration, weakening of libido are some of them. Osteoporosis becomes a big threat.

Fortunately, women are not helpless to problems that mother nature challenges them with. Women can effectively handle the unfavorable symptoms of PMS and menopause and this not always have to mean reaching for the heaviest agents such as synthetic hormones. Isoflavones and extracts from plants such as Wild Yam, Shatavari, Vitex agnus may be equally helpful.

Our store includes a very wide selection of preparations to alleviate the adverse symptoms of PMS and menopause. Both supplements based on single substances and advanced, multi-component formulas are available. We also offer innovative hormonal creams for external use.
