There are many mixed supplements available, which can be qualified as creatine stacks. They are divided into two groups, depending on the way that people work out. First group is dedicated to high-intensity trainings, which are short and intense with so called “cardio bursts”. The main components of these supplements are carbohydrates, amino acids and forms of creatine that take part in the phosphagen system. The target of the second group are people, which take the average to low-intensity prolonged workout. One of the main components are also carbohydrates (but a little bit different than in the first group), amino acids, vitamins, minerals and creatine fractions such as magnesium creatine chelate and creatine citrate. They will not only generate energy in the PCR cycle, but also participate in anaerobic metabolism such as Krebs cycle.
