It is extremely important to drink large amounts of fluid when supplementing the product both during as well as before and after training. Pay attention to drink more fluids than during an analog training unit before which the supplement was not taken.
In extremely sensitive people there may be a side effect in the form of diarrhea, resulting from the high content of glycerol in the composition of the supplement. If such a case, dividing the portion of the product into two doses and taking them 30-60 minutes before training and at the beginning of training may prove helpful.

Arginine is an exogenous amino acid, it is a component of dietary proteins, not always synthesized in the human body in necessary quantity, so it is necessary to deliver it in the form of synthetics. It takes part in the biosynthesis agmatine, creatine and nitrogen oxides. The use of supplements containing arginine before workout increases the exercise capacity (strength, endurance). Used after considerable effort intensifies the transfer of energy and building compounds and intensifies the process of recovery. Used at bedtime in combination with lysine and ornithine enhances the synthesis of growth hormone. takes part in the intrasystemic synthesis of creatine. Arginine (as a precursor of ornithine) is involved in the urea cycle, increases the flow of blood in the circulatory system, increases sexual potency (in a short time after application). It affects the body's immunity preventing infections, and lowers blood pressure. In supplements – usually as alpha-ketoglutarate.
Cysteine belongs to the group of essential amino acids, synthesized by the body, involved in detoxification of the body. The combination of L-cysteine with glutamine and glycine is involved in the synthesis of glutathione (a powerful antioxidant) and the proteins, enzymes and co-enzymes. Present in the protein product, in smaller amounts in corn and peanuts. The source of the acquisition are also concentrates and whey protein isolates, and preparations containing mixtures of amino acids. Not in the form mono-preparations. It is a component of detoxification, supporting the work of the liver supplements and in supplements improving the cosmetics of the body, usually in the form of L-cystine (two connected cysteine particles) or in the form of NAC.
Dosage: the usual supplementation: 50-500 mg per day.
The coffee bean extract, a source of polyphenols. Coffee seeds has chemical composition similar to green tea and grape seed. They neutralize free radicals and intensify burning processes and inhibit the formation of fat in the body, in addition to caffeine contains chlorogenic acid, an antioxidant that is slowing down the absorption of glucose from the gastrointestinal tract. It affects the fat reduction, intensifying the activity in combination with caffeine and EGCG. It is a component of many dietary supplements and slimming preparations improving health prevention.
Green tea extract is a concentrate that contains biologically active compounds: polyphenols (e.g. catechin, in the form of EGCG - epigallocatechin gallate), having antioxidant properties and a small thermogenic potential, modifies the action of testosterone metabolites, DTH. Green tea extract is an ingredient of many sports supplements containing fat burners, having pro-health and vitaminizing effect; also for those with low physical activity as an antioxidant and slimming supplement. Available either as mono-preparations, ready drinks, and above all as an extract.
Dosage: 200-500 mg per day (depending of the content of other active bio-components).
Theobroma cacao extract - an extract from cocoa beans grown due to taste (cocoa, chocolate). Extracts of cocoa beans contain theobromine, a purine alkaloid with diversified operation. Theobromine causes the dilation of the cerebral blood vessels, resulting in improved blood circulation, improving its performance through actions nutrients, reduces the possibility of heart attacks and atherosclerosis acting in the coronary vascular system. In combination with polyphenols and caffeine has a thermogenic potential, allowing for an increase in energy expenditure and speed up the reduction of body fat. It has a negligible effect on the stimulation of the nervous system. It is widely used in sports supplementation as part of thermogenics, pre-workout creatine stacks and no-boosters
Cnidium Monnier (She Chuang Zi) - the plant of family Umbelliferae, rich source of active substances (phenylephrines sesquiterpenes, phytosterols), antibacterial, antifungal, antihistamine. It has stimulant properties of the nervous system. It is an aphrodisiac. Intensifies the secretion of gastric juices affecting digestion. The sports supplementation uses it due to the production of nitrogen oxide, a neurotransmitter, improving blood circulation, nutrition and oxygenation of muscle tissue. Especially recommended in the period of intensified training. It is a component of many supplements for athletes.
Caffeine (1,3,7-trimethylxanthine, 1-methylotheobromine) is a purine alkaloid occurring in the natural state in plants (Coffea arabica, Camelia sinensis, Paulinia cupana, Ilex paraguariensis), which acts as a natural pesticide, acting toxic to insects. Peculiar smell and taste also deters herbivores. Caffeine in the body inhibits the adenosine receptors in the brain, fighting fatigue and allowing for action activation. It has a beneficial effect on the metabolism of oxygen, which increases the exercise capacity (strength and endurance) and rapid post-workout recovery. In the sports supplementation, caffeine is used as a stimulant nervous system. It has the thermogenic potential and in combination with other substances (e.g. Polyphenols, both occurring in coffee beans, such as cocoa beans, tea leaves and mate) can effectively participate in the reduction of body fat. It is included in many dietary stimulants (creatine stacks, no-boosters, beverages). It is a component of fat burners. It is also in the form of mono-preparation supplements.
Dosage: 100-600 mg per day. Due to the long release of activity should not be used in the evening, before sleep.
Adenosine-5'-triphosphate (ATP) – an adenosine nucleoid containing the adenosine in a compound of three phosphorus groups, having an important role as co-enzyme in the metabolism of cells and provides transport of energy from the breakdown of high-energy phosphate bonds. The importance of the body re-synthesis of ATP in the cells (e.g. Creatine supplementation) makes, that most of supplements is set to increase its effectiveness.
Attempts to use ATP as a supplement to improve workout capacity, do not meet the assumptions as ATP administered orally probably does not reach the cells, due to prior decomposition to uric acid. According to reports from some ATP manufacturers, they managed to create a formula for excluding this obstacle. However, this is unverified information.
Salt (sodium chloride, or table salt), natural source of electrolytes (chlorine and potassium), regulating water and electrolyte and acid-base balance of the body, affecting the nervous system and blood pressure. Sodium is an essential element for the proper growth. The proper dose of salt prevents overheating of the body and solar stroke. It provides the proper functioning of muscles and nerves the body. Chlorine in combination with sodium, is involved in the digestive process and maintains acid-base balance in the body, as antitoxin removes toxic products of metabolism in the liver. Salt is a flavour component and preservative of many foods, nutritional supplements and mixtures of electrolytes, available at www.muscle-zone.pl
Dosage: no specific standards of consumption, used so as to provide sufficient amount of electrolytes to the body (sodium and chloride).
Rauwolfia Serpentina Extract - used for centuries in Eastern medicine, which is a source of active substances ajmaline, deserpidine, yohimbine, reserpine and other alkaloids and bioflavonoids. Improve the work of the cardiovascular system by improving oxygenation of the body and lowering blood pressure. It is also relaxing. Rarely used in sports supplementation, as a component of some fat burners and supplements supporting the sexual function of the body.
Glycerol (glycerine, 1,2,3-propanetriol) simplest tricarboxylic alcohol, used in the manufacture of medicines (as a filler), cosmetics and food industry. Used in higher doses affect water and electrolyte balance of the body, increase exercise capacity and extend the duration of exercise in various sports. In the sports supplementation used for hydration of the muscle cells to increase the volume of muscle during exercise. Glycerol (sugar alcohol) increases the ability to hydrate the phosphorus muscle cells, allows better nutrition and increasing the volume. It also has an impact on water and electrolyte balance and energy production. By oral ingestion does not change the glycemic profile of blood. It comes in the form of solid and liquid (glycerine), as mono-preparation supplement or an ingredient of pre- and post-workout supplements (creatine stacks nitrogen boosters).
Dosage: 5-10 g per day dissolved in water, in the time before and after exercise. Beginning of application should be started on low doses and gradually reach the maximum, commonly used in sports supplementation dose.
Inositol is an organic compound from the group of B vitamins soluble in fluids, present in the natural or synthetic form, synthesized in plants, such as brewer's yeast, beans, grapefruit, cabbage, sprout of wheat, melons and animal (liver). Along with choline is included in the lecithin. It affects the cell nutrition of the central nervous system (brain) by reducing the level of LDL (bad cholesterol), this makes it applicable in treatment of Alzheimer's disease and atherosclerosis. It has a calming effect. There has been a beneficial effect of inositol on the skin and hair reported.
Choline bitartrate a combination of one molecule of tartaric acid and choline, and in this embodiment is a precursor of acetylcholine (neurotransmitter). The human body is able to intracellular synthesis of choline, using the amino acid and vitamin B12. Because of the possibility of shortages of the above mentioned substances, it is necessary to supplement them with supplementation. Choline is a component of lecithin, which is the building substance of cells conditioning the proper functioning of the nervous system, and sphingomyelin, acting as an insulator of nerve tissue. Bitartrate affects the course of fat metabolism. In the sports supplementation of choline, bitartrate is used in the stimulating supplements,, affecting concentration and programs of weight control (fat reduction).
Dosage: 1-3 grams per day.
Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid, which is a derivative of serine, corresponding to the construction and operation of the cell membrane. It participates in many reactions that stimulate the activity of the nervous system, affects the better concentration, cognition and memory. It affects the course of anabolic catabolic processes and effectively reduces cortisol levels even within several tens of percent, with serine supplementation of phosphatides, which allows to stay active for a longer period of time. Used in sports and psychophysicaly active people supplementation in the form of a few preparations. Because of the high price of raw material, rarely used by our customers.
Dosage: 300-800 mg daily (customary in supplementation).
Phosphatidylcholine – a group of phospholipids whose molecule contains choline. It can be synthesised endogenously in the human body, is a building block of cell membranes and thus influences beneficially their functioning. Since it is found commonly in the body, phosphatidylcholine supplementation shows many health benefits.
This phospholipid has a beneficial impact on the functioning of liver tissues. It has hepatoprotective properties, consequently preventing damage to this organ caused by toxic agents, and helps treat its diseases. It reduces oxidative stress in the liver and has therefore a beneficial impact on the viability of hepatocytes.
Because of the presence of phosphatidylcholine molecules in cell membranes, whose efficiency is critical to maintaining normal neurotransmission, this compound is indicated to influence positively neuronal function. It is suggested that phosphatidylcholine may be effective especially in disorders associated with too low acetylcholine concentrations in the body.
It is also said to promote lipolysis. Such activity of this compound is observed only in topical administration. There are no reliable sources which describe that this phospholipid is capable of speeding up body fat loss in oral delivery.
Potassium and sodium regulate the body's water resources, ensuring normal heart rhythm. Maintaining the proper level of potassium provides the proper oxidation of the brain, lowers blood pressure, increases the permeability of cell membranes (as an antagonist of calcium). It is a base-forming element. It is widely used in sports diet before and after training in the form of supplements, nutrients, vitamin-mineral preparations and minerals, concentrates and ready, isotonic and hypertonic beverages. Natural sources of acquisition of potassium are: vegetable products (bananas, citrus fruits, melons, mint leaves, green vegetables, potatoes) and animal products (sea fish, meat). Potassium is present in the form of organic compounds: citric acids, and fumarates gluconates and inorganic (chlorides, sulfates, oxides and carbonates).
Potassium deficiency (hypokalemia): excessive tiredness, headaches and irritability, problems with sleeping, muscle cramps, constipation. Potassium levels may drop sharply in the event of a reduction in blood sugar levels, prolonged starvation, severe diarrhea. They can occur when too much of strong coffee is consumed, with alcohol abuse and when eating too much sweets.
The excess of potassium (hyperkalemia) is often the cause of depression, hypotension, tingling in the extremities.
