2-Aminoisoheptane (DMHA) - a compound, which gained its popularity as a result of DMAA delegalization. It is used as a safer, legal substitute of dimethyl amylamine and it is equally effective. It shows stimulating properties, increases intellectual abilities, promotes cognitive functions and may also limit appetite.

This mechanism of activity od DMHA is based on its ability to promote the concentration of noradrenaline and dopamine in the organism. The first of these compounds belong to the group of catecholamines with strongly stimulating influence on the human organism. It increases heart rate, promotes physical efficiency, limits fatigue. Dopamine, in turn, is present in the center of motivation, its high level is conducive to influencing respiratory abilities.

From the physiological point of view, DMHA is able to widen the walls of bronchi, which positively influences respiratory abilities. Thanks to this, the organism achieves higher effort ability. From the point of view of workout, it allow to generate more intensive development stimuli. 2-Aminoisoheptane also facilitates workout by increasing the pain threshold.
