It is used in cosmetics affecting the appearance skin, hair and nails (creams, shampoos). Natural sources of sulphur are plant products (beans, cabbage, legumes) and animal products (lean beef, fish, eggs, cheese rennet), containing protein, which allow the storage of this element. In the sports supplementation, for enhancing locomotor used dimethyl sulfone (MSM).
