Vitamin B15 (pangamic acid) belongs to the group of water soluble vitamins. It participates in the synthesis of proteins. Not fully explored, but today’s studies do not question its effectiveness in the treatment of many diseases: extends the life of cells, significantly reduces the level of LDL cholesterol in the blood, it helps the liver and prevents cirrhosis. It increases the body's immunity to diseases caused by bacteria. It occurs in plant foods such as yeast, sesame, beans and corn pumpkin seeds.
A deficiency of vitamin B15 affects the development of cardiovascular disease (especially on the heart) and the nervous system. It reveals also at the disorders at glands work.
