Vitamins & Minerals »

The minerals do not provide any energy to the working cells of your body, but are necessary in order to maintain an optimal course of many key biochemical pathways. Often, especially during prolonged, intense physical activity, there is need for immediate supplementation of minerals, as they are then rapidly lost through perspiration. A regular supplementation of micro-and macronutrients seems to be an ideal solution. It is also worth mentioning that both, shortage and excess of them, in many cases is harmful for the organism, and therefore consequence in taking and maintaining a constant level of minerals will result in the improvement of health and sports performance.
