Caffeine

Information

Caffeine (1,3,7-trimethylxanthine, 1-methylotheobromine) is a purine alkaloid occurring in the natural state in plants (Coffea arabica, Camelia sinensis, Paulinia cupana, Ilex paraguariensis), which acts as a natural pesticide, acting toxic to insects. Peculiar smell and taste also deters herbivores. Caffeine in the body inhibits the adenosine receptors in the brain, fighting fatigue and allowing for action activation. It has a beneficial effect on the metabolism of oxygen, which increases the exercise capacity (strength and endurance) and rapid post-workout recovery. In the sports supplementation, caffeine is used as a stimulant nervous system. It has the thermogenic potential and in combination with other substances (e.g. Polyphenols, both occurring in coffee beans, such as cocoa beans, tea leaves and mate) can effectively participate in the reduction of body fat. It is included in many dietary stimulants (creatine stacks, no-boosters, beverages). It is a component of fat burners. It is also in the form of mono-preparation supplements.
Dosage: 100-600 mg per day. Due to the long release of activity should not be used in the evening, before
sleep.

Similarly to Acacia Rigidula, Senegalia Berlandieri promotes the required growth of energy and mood improvement, which it owes to its influence on increasing the level of dopamine and adrenaline in the organism. Senegalia Berlandieri extract also intensifies lipolysis and stimulates metabolism.

Phenylethylamine derivatives (PEA) contained in the extract of this plant are responsible for the effect of good mood (they stimulate the secretion of serotonin and dopamine), cause positive attitude to life and increase the willingness to act.

Thanks to its properties stimulating the nervous system, optimizing well-being and intensifying lipolysis, the extract from Senegalia Berlandieri is the component of many extremely effective and strong pre-workout boosters, at the same time being an effective DMAA substitute.

Hoodia gordoni

Information

As a means of effectively suppressing appetite are recommended for people, who want to reduce body fat, through increased metabolic rate. Due to the reguarions of WADA and the Polish law, it disappears from the domestic market.

Glycosides

Information

Glycocyamine - is a glycine derivative belonging to the guanidino compounds and the precursor of creatine synthesized intra-corporeally and affects the level of creatine during its supplementation (and after its completion). Glycocyamine is involved in the transformation, which takes place with the participation of S-adenosylmethionine, and may influence the development of unbeneficial homocysteine (increasing the risk of developing atherosclerosis). To neutralize the effects of homocysteine, supplementation is enriched with betaine. In the sports supplementation is available in many preparations of creatine.
Dosage: No strict standards of consumption, usually recommended in the sport, always with a combination of betaine

Phenylalanine

Information

Phenylalanine (essential amino acid) is provided from the outside with food or synthetic products. Its source are the high-protein foods and supplements, concentrates: protein, amino acid and nutritional supplements for athletes. Precursor of tyrosine, thyroid hormones and neurotransmitters (adrenaline, noradrenaline, dopamine), phenylethylamines (neuromodulator) and melanin pigments of hair and skin. Essential for the proper functioning of the nervous system. It has analgesic, antidepressant, and is used as an additive to supplements with thermogenic and stimulating action. It is a component of aspartame.
Excess phenylalanine consumed by people with neurological problems, may reduce the availability of other essential amino acid tryptophan of nervous system and consequently lead to a reduction in serotonin and exacerbate the depression.

Synephrine

Information

Synephrine is an organic compound from harvested on an industrial scale the fruit of bitter orange (Citrus aurantium). Citrus auratuim extract (extract of bitter orange) is widely used in the process of weight reduction, both among athletes, active individuals, as well as leading the so-called. "sedentary lifestyle". It is a source of synephrine and octopamine, which in combination with caffeine and polyphenols contained in green tea affect lipolysis, releasing fatty acids adipocytes, by causing increased energy expenditure, burning them in the sources of vital energy cells (mitochondria). It is popular on the banning of ephedra by WADA (dangerous for the body). Contraindication to use preparations against people with hypertension. In the sports supplementation is available in body mass reduction and sculpting programs, as a thermogenic, creatine stacks and nitrogen boosters ingredient.
Dosage: No standards unit consumption. In the supplementation - customarily - 10-30 mg
