Dosing of the probiotic is dependent on the goal that we want to achieve. In case of the prophylactic application or as support of health after antibiotic therapies, it is recommended to take one or two capsules a day. In case of using more than one capsule, a daily dose may be divided into two portions.
During taking antibiotics, it is recommended to increase the dose to 4 capsules a day, preferably away from the antibiotic, maintaining a break of a few hours. 1-2 capsules a day should be taken for a few weeks after ending antibiotic therapy.
In case of a planned travel, start using the product two weeks before, applying a prophylactic dose. During the trip, it is recommended to increase the dose to 4 capsules a day. A good practice is the application of a lower dose for two weeks after returning home.
For the best effects, it is recommended to avoid washing down the capsules with warm drinks or taking it after hot meals. Minimal time of application should be 2 week, however, the treatment of 4 weeks is recommended for visible effects.
