AlinessPrenaCare® Complete for Pregnant and Lactating Women is a comprehensive formula tailored to meet the needs of women not only throughout pregnancy, but also during lactation. The formula consists of two types of capsules filled with different contents. The hard capsules contain vitamins and minerals, while the soft capsules are a source of vitamin D and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) derived from microalgae oil.

According to the latest recommendations of the Polish Society of Gynecologists and Obstetricians, special attention should be paid to five ingredients in the supplementation of pregnant women. Three of them - folate, vitamin D3 and DHA - the manufacturer has included in the formulation. Supplementation of the other two - iodine and iron - should be considered more individually, which is why they were not included in the product formula.
IV generation active folate
The product contains the glucosamine salt of (6S)-5- methyltetrahydrofolic acid. It is a highly bioavailable active folate of the IV generation, which does not require additional transformations and is ready to be used by the body. This form is particularly indicated in people with reduced MTHFR gene activity.
Natural source of DHA acid
The product offered includes high-quality oil from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp. DHAORIGINS®, which is a source of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). This unique formula does not leave an unpleasant aftertaste and does not reflect "fishy". Maternal consumption of docosahexaenoic acid supports normal brain development in fetuses and breastfed infants.
Vitamin and mineral package
