Spinach (Spinacia oleracea) is a widely cultivated vegetable, derived from Asia. Spinacia Oleracea – the taxonomic name for spinach, a common plant valued mainly for the richness of vitamins and minerals. It is a great source for dietary fibre and other health-promoting compounds.
