The product contains natural digestive enzymes, so it can be supplemented without fear, even for a long time. Initially, you can start from 1 tablet for each larger meal, and if the complaints subside, it is recommended to stay with 1 tablet, taken with the largest meal. Based on my own experience, if the digestive system is regulated, there is no need to reach for digestive enzymes before eating only a small snack.

It is responsible for catalysing the hydrolysis of β-1 4-glycosidic bonds between glucose molecules in cellulose (a building block for plant cell walls). This reaction leads to the formation of the disaccharide cellobiose which is converted into glucose.
