Beta-Alanine

The main function of beta-alanine amino acid is not an increase in the volume of muscle cells, but it is an increase of carnosine in muscles. The result? With this substance the process of skeletal muscle acidification is significantly slowed down during both aerobic and anaerobic workouts. In practice, this means a heavier, more intense and more effective workouts. It increases in both strength and muscle power. So a side effect of the use of beta-alanine is improvement of motor skills, as well as an increase in lean body mass.
